“Bring a Doll” Referral Form

How it works:

Month-to-Month Membership Referral:

  • Earn $25 in studio credit when your referral signs up for a month-to-month membership.

Contract Membership Referral:

  • Earn $50 in studio credit when your referral signs up for a contract membership.

Program Rules:

  • Referrers must be active Broken Doll Studio members.

  • Referrals must be submitted through the Bring a Doll Referral Form before the referred student purchases a membership.

  • Referred students must be new members of Broken Doll Studio.

  • The referred student must sign up for a month-to-month or contract membership within 30 days of the referral submission date.

  • Studio credit will be issued after the referred student's first successful membership payment.

  • Only one referral reward may be issued per new member.

  • If multiple referral forms are submitted for the same person, the first referral form received will be considered the qualifying referral.

  • Referral rewards are not available for referrals made before the launch of the Bring a Doll Referral Program and cannot be applied retroactively.

Using Your Studio Credit:

Studio credit may be applied toward:

  • Membership dues

  • Class packages

Additional Information:

  • Studio credit expires 90 days after issuance.

  • Studio credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  • Broken Doll Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
